Do you need someone to take a tricky project and make headway? I facilitated and co-produced a nonprofit’s 10-year strategic vision, designed and hosted an all-day improv comedy festival in DC, and managed relationships and content for complex public-private partnerships.

Distilling complexity into simplicity is necessary for shared understanding. I can help — I’ve worked on topics spanning climate impact investing, human rights, marine conservation, and public health.

Every room that contains a human relationship has unseen, unheard, and unshaped dynamics. Facilitating conversations can help us identify points of friction and move into deeper alignment. When I facilitate, I seek to understand individuals’ needs for collective dreaming.

As a child of immigrants, I didn’t have a blueprint or network to jump from post-graduate to computer-based work. I love serving as a navigator for people who are earlier in their careers through one-on-one coaching.

I started producing events when I was fourteen and never stopped. I love building shared spaces, especially when we have similar needs and goals. Let’s bring people together!
